Job Purpose
To oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role bridges communication between project managers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Track project progress and report updates to management
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

• Resolve on‑site issues and conflicts to minimize delays
