Job Description

Our client is a construction company with a team of approximately 5 staff and is looking for a Construction Coordinator to support daily project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify project requirements, including equipment, materials, and manpower needs
• Prepare project progress and status reports
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate solutions promptly
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key project team members
• Support coordination across multiple construction sites

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Construction Coordinator or in a related role
• SPM qualification or equivalent
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to read and understand construction drawings
• Must possess a motorcycle, as travel between different sites is required
