Construction Cost Analyst

Currie & Brown is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for our Noida office. The primary responsibility of the Quantity Surveyor - Civil/ MEP in terms of cost estimation is to accurately predict and prepare detailed cost estimates / BOQs for Civil / Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems & respectively.

Responsibilities for the successful candidate(s) will include:

• Carefully review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents provided by the client and consultants.
• Identify Project requirements, including materials, equipment, labor, and other resources necessary for project cost.
• Familiarize oneself with applicable international codes and standards (Ex- NRM, POMI,Smm7)
• Ensure all cost estimates align with standards to maintain compliance and quality.
• Use appropriate measurement methods to accurately assess quantities.
