Construction Cost Estimator

We are a construction company looking for a Civil Engineer, Architect, or related professional to join our team as a Cost Estimator.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong mathematical abilities and excellent communication skills to support our construction projects. Responsibilities include reading scopes, preparing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs.
**Compensation**:
$15,000 MXN - $20,000 MXN monthly tax-free
**Responsibilities**:
- Calculate construction materials, product costs, labor, and time to estimate overall cost for construction projects
- Examine specifications, blueprints, proposals, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole
- Revisit previously submitted proposal and budgets with clients
- Work closely with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors
