Construction Data Encoder

Job Summary:

The Construction Data Encoder is responsible for encoding and updating construction-related data such as project records, materials, labor reports, and invoices into company systems. This role supports project teams by ensuring accurate and organized records. This is an entry-level position and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode data from construction documents such as daily reports, purchase orders, delivery receipts, and timesheets
• Update project, materials, and labor records in the computer system
• Check encoded data for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain digital and physical construction records
• Assist in preparing simple reports when requested
• Follow company procedures for data entry and document handling
