JOB SUMMARY

The Construction and Development Manager lead the general functions of the Construction and Development Office which involves planning, organizing, staffing, leading & controlling.

Duties and responsibilities also include providing technical assistance to Park Operations, Sales and Marketing Department and Building Management & General Services Department.

The Construction and Development Manager duties involves conducting ocular inspection and preparing initial studies on properties which is being offered to the company for expansion.
