Job Description

                    Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. 
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies while maintaining high-quality standards. 
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution. 
Implement safety protocols and compliance measures, ensuring a zero-accident work environment across all sites. 
Lead and mentor project managers and construction teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. 
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues and ensure adherence to project timelines.
