We are pleased to be working with a leading UK law firm that is seeking a talented Associate to join its highly regarded Construction & Engineering team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a top‑ranked contentious construction practice handling high‑value, complex disputes for major clients across the UK and internationally.
The role will involve working on a broad range of construction and engineering disputes, including:
Adjudication, mediation and Expert Determination.
International and domestic arbitration.
Pre‑Action Protocol matters within construction and engineering disputes.
Litigation in the Technology and Construction Court and Scottish courts.
Providing strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle on contractual and risk issues.
