Construction Division Head

JOB SUMMARY:

Directs overall operations of the Construction Division. Ensures that all operational and commercial aspects involved in the Construction Division are managed in line with the company’s vision & mission and strategic goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. TECHNICAL

1. Set strategic long-term and short-term goals for the Division and evaluate outcomes.
2. Manage and lead the Construction Division to meet project contract agreements and align with company goals.
3. Conduct risk assessments and oversee the implementation of control measures.
4. Develop effective project controls and methodologies.
5. Research and report on economic, legal, and other factors impacting project success.
6. Manage all projects under responsibility effectively.
