Construction Divison Manager

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects in commercial, industrial (e.g., manufacturing), or infrastructure sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Management
Provide overall direction, leadership, and supervision to project managers, engineers, and site staff. Develop and implement strategic goals for the division aligned with company objectives. Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and quality excellence.
