 :Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Engineer – ICT Fiber / Passive (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to ensure all ICT fiber construction activities are executed in alignment with project requirements, technical standards, and the strategic direction of Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC), while coordinating effectively with all delivery partners.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the technical execution and site-level management of ICT fiber projects under the SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP).
Ensure all construction activities align with QIC strategy and are coordinated with stakeholders and delivery partners.
Oversee planning, design, and installation of fiber optic networks (OSP and passive infrastructure).
Manage construction teams, ensuring routing, splicing, and testing comply with technical standards, permits, and budget constraints.
