• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• With excellent analytical and organizational skills

Willing to be assigned to our project site in Moncello Crest, Sitio Bato, via Bontiway, Brgy. Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trades: Rebar Works, Formworks, Masonry, Finishing Works, Site Development and Amenities Works, Turnover and Dress Up of Units

Quality Management

• Complies with the requirement of the approved plans and specifications of assigned trade by conducting inspection of accomplished area and proper accomplishment of checklist.

Risk and Safety Management

• Facilitates toolbox meeting.
• Prepares risk assessment and hazard identification/correction prior deployment of manpower.

Resource Management

• Ensures material availability and attains target budget cost and manhours for the trade assigned.
