Job Summary

The Construction Engineer is a site-based role responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities under the direction of the Construction Engineer (Senior / Lead). This role focuses on site execution, inspections, coordination, and reporting to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, schedules, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

• Supervise daily civil, mechanical, and electrical (CME) works on site.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with drawings, method statements, and instructions.
• Monitor workmanship quality and report issues to the Senior Construction Engineer.

Contractor & Workforce Coordination

• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and workers on site.
• Monitor manpower deployment and productivity.
• Assist in conducting toolbox talks and daily site briefings.
