**Overview**

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Construction Engineering Technician toprovideall labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessaryto provide servicesat Guantanamo Bay.The ETs willassisttheNAVFAC SE Design & Construction Business Line with the enforcement of construction contractprovisions,specifically the quality control and safety requirements.

**Responsibilities**

The successful candidate shallassistNAVFAC SE with the enforcement of construction contract provisions, specifically the quality control and safety requirements. The ET, through their application of quality assurance (QA) and safety management principles shall recommend approval of workin accordance withcontract terms and have the authority to stop anyportionof the construction contractor's work that poses an imminent danger to personnel, equipment, or property.
