Construction Estimator

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Takeoff Specialist to prepare accurate material takeoffs and quantity estimates from construction drawings and specifications. This role supports project planning, cost estimation, and bidding by ensuring precise measurements and organized documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Review plans, specifications, and addenda to identify all required materials and quantities.
Prepare organized takeoff reports for estimating and bidding purposes.
Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and construction teams to clarify scope and resolve discrepancies.
Update takeoffs based on design revisions or change orders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all takeoffs.
