A market-leading construction estimating business supporting residential builders across Australia and New Zealand. We specialise in producing clear, structured, and builder-friendly estimate reports that help our clients price projects efficiently and accurately.

We are looking for a Residential Construction Estimator preferably with experience in NZ market and Cubit/BuildSoft.

Key Responsibilities

• Measuring architectural and structural plans
• Producing detailed quantity take-offs (BOQs)
• Preparing material schedules and trade quantities
• Assisting with the production of full estimate reports
• Completing labour and material breakdowns as instructed
• Supporting senior estimators with variations and tender documentation
