Job Overview:
As a Fence Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and pricing details for clients with and commercial projects. Your duties will include placing bids for fence building jobs, submitting detailed labor and materials cost plans, estimating multiple projects simultaneously, and using computer programs to provide accurate project estimates and outlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate project plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirements for custom fencing projects.
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs (QTO) and material takeoffs (MTO) using software such as Planswift, RSMeans, and Bluebeam.
