Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled and driven Estimator to join our Preconstruction team. This is a mid-level position ideal for a candidate with a solid foundation in commercial construction estimating and field operations, who is ready to take on greater ownership in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The Estimator will be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates across all project phases and collaborating closely with the Preconstruction Manager, Operations Team, and external partners to ensure budget alignment and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Preconstruction & Estimating: Develop accurate cost estimates across all design phases using CSI divisions and perform detailed quantity takeoffs. Analyze drawings and specifications to create complete bid packages aligned with project requirements.
