The Estimator is responsible for managing estimating activities throughout the preconstruction lifecycle, including proposal development, budgeting, scope analysis, and final subcontractor buyout. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to produce accurate, competitive pricing and support successful execution of projects. Description Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates across various stages of preconstruction, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction document levels. Provide change order estimates to be compared to subcontract costs for analysis. Support change order pricing and cost analysis during the construction phase.
