Job Details

• Location: 8389 Smith Blvd Pefferlaw, ON L0E 1N0
• Salary: $38.50 hourly (40 hours per week)
• Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time
• Education: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a 1‑to‑2‑year program
• Experience required: 1 to less than 2 years
• Work location: Must be performed at the physical location; no remote option

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
• Prepare reports
• Use MS Office
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
• Select trade subcontractors
• Coordinate subcontractor activities
