Construction Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Construction Estimator to assist in preparing proposals and bids. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the construction industry, preferably with knowledge of building in Florida/USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive construction proposals and bids.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to develop estimates.
• Utilize Microsoft programs and Bluebeam Revu for estimating and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in estimates.
• Maintain organized records of past and ongoing bids.Assisting in Shop drawing reviews

Qualifications:
