The ideal candidate will prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for residential, commercial, and government projects, ensuring timely bid submissions and alignment with the client's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs for painting, remodeling, carpentry, and other trades as required.
