We're looking for a Senior Remote Construction Estimator whose job is simple and critical—produce accurate, defensible estimates for architectural millwork, cabinetry, and custom furniture so projects start on solid ground.
This is not a project management role.
No client juggling. No handoffs.
Just deep, focused estimating work that turns drawings into clear, reliable pricing.

What You'll Do
Turn Complexity Into Clear Scope
Review architectural drawings, schedules, and specifications to define a complete and accurate scope.
Produce Detailed Takeoffs
Quantify cabinetry, furniture, and architectural millwork down to the details that impact cost.
Build Accurate, Defensible Estimates
Price materials, finishes, labor, factory hours, and engineering time with consistency and clarity.
