Construction Estimator / Take-Off Specialist
Job Type: Part-Time (minimum 20 hours per week)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Salary: $700 per month

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-driven Construction Estimator / Take-Off Specialist to support our commercial construction projects by delivering precise quantity take-offs and accurate cost estimates. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Bluebeam and PlanSwift, with the ability to confidently read and interpret architectural and structural drawings for tenant improvements, retail construction, and ground-up multifamily developments.
