We are looking for a capable Construction Estimator to prepare and present estimated costs for various projects. Your responsibilities will include operating CADD, preparing submissions, and detailed quantity surveys. Strong communication with stakeholders will be essential in ensuring accurate estimates and adaptations to client needs.

Key Responsibilities: • Read drawings and prepare detailed cost estimates • Create and maintain submissions for project bids • Analyze tenders and make award recommendations • Set up cost monitoring systems for projects • Liaise with engineers and contractors on cost adjustments
