Assign tasks to laborers and subcontractors, fostering a productive work environment. 
Monitor progress to meet deadlines, and coordinate the delivery of materials, tools, and equipment. 
Conduct site inspections, enforce the use of protective gear, and ensure a secure, tidy work area.
