Main job function Supervise site staff and daily construction activities Allocate labour, materials, plant, and other resources effectively Manage and coordinate subcontractors on site Oversee project scheduling and task coordination Supervise the safe and efficient use of plant and machinery Ensure all health and safety regulations and site compliance requirements are adhered to Interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately Carry out accurate setting out and verification of work Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained Report on site progress and resolve site-related issues where required Qualifications Grade 12 Criteria Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Construction Foreman Proven experience supervising residential building projects (Specifically estates) Must reside in Durban North Coast region Remuneration
