**Job Title: Construction General Laborer**
**Job Description**
The Construction General Laborer supports concrete construction projects by performing physically demanding tasks on active job sites. This role involves working with concrete forming systems, assisting with setup and dismantling of structures, and maintaining a clean and safe work area across various locations within commuting distance of the main headquarters.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load, unload, and transport construction materials safely and efficiently around the job site.
+ Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades according to site requirements and safety standards.
+ Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to support forming and finishing activities.
+ Assist with setting up and moving concrete frames, including duraform systems, to prepare for concrete pours.
