This role focuses on day-to-day site supervision, ensuring that workers follow approved plans, timelines, and basic safety standards. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor daily renovation and construction activities on site
• Ensure workers follow approved plans, instructions, and schedules
• Coordinate with management on progress updates, concerns, and site issues
• Check work quality and report any issues or delays
• Keep daily records of work progress and manpower
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and maintenance staff as needed
• Perform other related tasks necessary for the completion of the renovation project
