What is the role?

At LEA's Construction & Environmental Division, we specialize in construction supervision for Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) projects in the Northern and Western regions of Ontario. As a Construction Inspector, you oversee construction activities and site operations to ensure compliance with contractual specifications, drawings, and project requirements throughout all construction stages. You provide direction and support to junior inspectors, maintaining meticulous records of contractor activities. Collaboration with Contract Administrators, Engineers, and client representatives is essential to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications.
