Construction Junior Foreman

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Foreman based in Cape Town to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations ensuring efficiency and safety
• Coordinate and supervise workers and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Assist in resource planning and scheduling

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in the construction environment.
• Must reside in Cape Town.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
