A renewable energy business is seeking an experienced Construction Lawyer (c. 10+ PQE) to support two UK solar projects currently under construction.

This is a hands‑on, commercially focused interim assignment supporting a strategic transition from a full EPC “wrap” structure to direct engagement of the supply chain.

The Role

You will:

• Advise on strategy to transition from EPC wrap to direct supply chain model
• Draft, negotiate and settle contracts with key project suppliers
• Support the construction team on live project issues
• Manage risk and advise on legacy EPC arrangements
• Operate independently while working closely with internal stakeholders

This is a focused workstream with strong internal visibility and genuine business impact.
