Job Description
Drive construction success as a skilled Site Supervisor. Ensure project completion, coordinate tasks, and uphold safety standards at the physical work location.
This position requires an individual with 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in construction. You'll prepare and manage reports, supervise personnel, and lead training efforts for apprentices. Key tasks include reading blueprints, recommending personnel actions, and ensuring that materials and supplies are efficiently requisitioned on-site.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage construction projects • Prepare detailed production and progress reports • Coordinate and schedule all construction activities • Lead apprenticeship training programs • Enforce health and safety practices on-site
