The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate with 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense is required. Experience in construction litigation is highly desired.

Your Day-to-Day

+ Analyzing complex legal issues and providing targeted and effective counsel to clients.
+ Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions.
