Job Description

Tools Coordinator 
Has a bachelors/college degree in any field.

Has at least 1 years of work experience in the same capacity

Acts as custodian of all tools and equipment of the project

In-charge of the receipt, storage, issuance and inspection of returned tools and equipment.

Checks and reviews documents submitted by employee borrower before issuance of tools and equipment.

Encode correct sizes, specs and quantity of materials or tools as per BM

Organizes and files documents related to the tools and equipment deployed on site

Monitors returned and/or unreturned tools and equipment at the end of the day

Prepare and submit reports regarding the status of the tools and equipment on site

In-charge of the order, cleanliness and safety of the tool room and its contents
