JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Site Engineer assists the Construction Management Projects Head in the implementation of Construction Management
activities such as Time, Cost, Scope and Quality Management. Assists CM Projects Head in the development and improvement of
policies and procedures. His duties involve review of Construction Plans, Technical Specifications and Contracts. CM Technical
Specialist also ensures timely delivery of Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) and On-boarding of Contractors/Suppliers based on
approved Procurement Schedule.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Educational Background: College Graduate / Bachelor's Degree / Licensed Engineer Qualifications Required: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Experience: Preferably experienced in Midrise Constructions is an advantage
