Job Summary

The Lead Project Engineer supervises multiple projects under Manna East, Teresa, Rizal. He ensures that housing units, amenities, land development, and other related works projects are done and delivered within schedule by contractors (DPI and Third Party Contractors), contract cost, acceptable workmanship and build quality, standard of health and safety, performs to suit required function, materials used are in compliance with the approved plans and specifications, and high levels of performance over the long term. Duties and responsibilities involve submission of reliable and accurate accomplishment reports, evaluation and preparation of certificate of payment of completed milestones, 100% billings, release of retentions and their requirements respectively for housing, amenities, land development and other related works.
