• Manage and oversee construction projects from planning to completion
• Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with construction standards and safety regulations
• Identify, analyze, and resolve construction-related issues
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management
• Travel occasionally to Manila for coordination and project requirements
