Construction Manager ( C&I or MEP)

Bangalore / Chennai base and willing to relocate based on project needs.

As a Construction Manager at M Moser, you will:

• Work with the team to develop project-related details including interior designers, site workers etc.
• Monitor technical tasks for overall design and build projects, including Builder's Work, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Coordinate various trades on-site.
• Supervising and managing site subcontractors' workers, including construction quality control and technical guidance.
• Site inspection and site management for construction workers
• Schedule and in charge of site meetings with clients.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including building codes and safety standards.
• Handover the project to the client, including as-built documentation.
