Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Construction Manager to lead construction and engineering projects from pre‑construction through completion. This is an on‑site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction and timber rehabilitation projects from initiation through completion
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Monitor daily project progress and address any issues that arise on‑site
