  Job Description 
 The Construction Manager will be overall responsible for all construction works on site and managing all resources for the construction works, such as personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
 Responsible for the management, development, and planning of a Civil/Marine Works Construction Site.
 Installing and organizing logistics, materials, and personnel.
 Directing all aspects of the day-to-day execution of the project, monitoring and coordinating work performed by Superintendents and workmen.
 Leading, coaching, and managing several skilled and experienced site execution staff.
 Making sure productivity objectives are met with the resources on site
 Directing work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimize disruption of ongoing operations.
 Planning resources and develop with the team the overall methodology for the construction works.
