Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Remote initially; on-site in Dallas, TX once a corporate office is established

Travel: Up to 50%, mostly out of state

Position Summary: The Construction Manager executes & administers construction & renovation projects associated with acquisitions & existing apartment portfolios of Harbor Group apartment communities. This includes ensuring all daily construction related issues are being addressed, ensuring smooth transitions between vendors, contractors & subcontractors.
