- Proven track record in delivering industrial, infrastructure, and data centre projects
- Currently undertaking a new data centre project for a global client

**Responsibilities**
- Manage overall site construction activities for data centre projects
- Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, including subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor project progress, safety standards, quality control, and budget adherence
- Lead site teams to ensure achievement of project milestones

**Requirements**
- Minimum 15 years of construction management experience
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale or mission-critical projects
- Strong leadership abilities and site coordination skills
