Construction Manager - Electrical

**What You'll Be Doing**

**Job Summary:** Generally responsible for total delivery of services safely, on time, within performance budget and meeting quality expectations on moderately complex projects. Work at this level requires progressive experience in construction management and involves utilization of project controls for cost, schedule and quality of projects. This work will be performed under minimal supervision.

**Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:**

+ Field Execution Planning:
+ Develops and coordinates daily/weekly construction execution plans.Reviews engineering drawings for constructability and field readiness.Identifies access, staging areas, material needs, and field constraints.
+ Contractor Management:
+ Serves as the primary site contact for contractors.Ensures contractors follow Mosaic procedures, permits, and safety rules.Monitors contractor progress, manpower, and productivity.For T&M projects, reviews ...
