Construction Manager

**Overview**



GovCIO is currently hiring for a Construction Manager to provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to provide services at Guantanamo Bay. The CM will assist with the enforcement of construction contract provisions, specifically the project budget, schedule, quality, and scope.



**Responsibilities**



The successful candidate shall assist NAVFAC SE with the enforcement of construction contract provisions, specifically the project budget, schedule, quality, and scope. The CM shall be responsible for managing the planning, design (in the case of design build projects), construction and post-construction phases, or portions thereof. The CM shall represent the interests of the project and of NAVFAC SE in its dealings with other construction professionals, and with other private and public entities.
