Construction Manager

Responsibilities:
The Construction Manager works onsite monitoring and refining the long range and short-term plans to drive project delivery
Responsible for directing the day-to-day activities in the field
Manage and coordinate the flow of communication, control costs, manage and control the schedule, implement and monitor the safety programs
Verify that the completed work is constructed to a quality level consistent with the requirements of the construction documents
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate resources
Ensure that all civil & infrastructure activities are well planned and coordinated
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations, project specifications
Establish and oversee quality control policy and procedures for construction
