Construction Manager

Role Overview
Leads the end-to-end construction of utility-scale or commercial solar farm projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery while meeting technical, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site construction for solar PV farms
• Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and site teams
• Control project schedule, budget, and construction quality
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, permits, and grid requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and grid/interconnection teams
• Resolve site issues and drive construction milestones to completion

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Proven experience in solar, renewable energy, or power projects
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, site works, and HSE compliance
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
