Job Description
- Plan, organize, and supervise overall construction activities at project sites.
- Lead site teams and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Liaise with Project Manager, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and monitor work programs, manpower, and material requirements.
- Enforce quality control and ensure construction works meet required standards.
- Monitor daily site progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all site works comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Mentor and develop site engineers and supervisors under your charge.
- Review and approve subcontractor claims, site reports, and work certifications.
