The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all capital construction work within the assigned country, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role entails full authority and oversight over construction projects, including the coordination of local task orders and the management of multiple site locations. The Construction Manager must efficiently direct subcontractors and skilled workers, manage an Architecture and Engineering (A&E) staff, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs.
