Job Role: Construction manager MEP
Job Location : Chennai
As a Construction Manager at M Moser, you will:
- Work with the team to develop project-related details including interior designers, site workers etc.
- Monitor technical tasks for overall design and build projects, including Builder's Work, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Coordinate various trades on-site.
- Supervising and managing site subcontractors' workers, including construction quality control and technical guidance.
- Site inspection and site management for construction workers
- Schedule and in charge of site meetings with clients.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including building codes and safety standards.
- Handover the project to the client, including as-built documentation.
